1. Aerial Yoga

This cardio-based workout combines Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics. You use drumsticks to pound to the beat as you workout.

Another great way to get cardio in while also challenging yourself is through a boot camp class. This is great to do with friends or a partner if you are the competitive type. It also mixes cardio and strength training in a total body workout, so prepared to be sore the next day.
