A Mid-Foot Strike: Improve Your Running Technique

A lot of people run with a heel strike, where the heel of your foot strikes the ground first. A heel strike causes a lot of wear and tear on the muscles in your legs. A mid-foot strike, where the forefront and heel of your foot touches the ground at the same time absorbs more shock, which should help keep you injury free.
