March is National Nutrition Month. This is a good time to re-evaluate your diet. The Scientific Report of the 2015 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee recently came out with their report and said that Americans are not getting enough fruits, whole grains, and vegetables. The average diet is also too high in sodium, calories, added sugars, and refined grains.
