One of the most difficult things about working out consistently is getting bored. Even if you are pushing yourself to achieve your goals, just working out on a treadmill or elliptical everyday can become mundane. Once your workout becomes boring it is easy to lose motivation.

So here are some options to add variety to your workouts:

BeFit in 90 is a longer fitness challenge that focuses on different types of exercise. It’s a fun challenge that never gets boring because of all the variety of workouts.

 

2. Blogilates

If you’re tired of doing the same strength workouts then trying Pilates may be good for you. This website offers videos and different challenges so anyone from a novice to a Pilates expert can find something that works for them.

 

3. Do you Yoga

My personal favorite is the Do You Yoga 30 day challenge. This challenge is a great introduction to yoga. It not only focuses on working out each part of the body, but it also teaches you some popular yoga poses along the way.
