Workout Music to Get You Motivated

One problem many people have with going to the gym is that they get bored during their workout. One way to remedy this is by listening to music while working out. Personally, getting to listen to music is one my favorite parts of going to the gym. It keeps you interested in the workout and is also a good mental break during the day.  Music can keep you motivated and make your workouts last longer.

So I made a cardio playlist that lasts about an hour.
