Try a blueberry kale smoothie

Blueberry kale smoothie

Make your afternoon snack a blueberry kale smoothie. All you need is a blender and these ingredients:
3 cups frozen blueberries
3 cups coconut milk
1 cup kale (doesn’t need to be purple colored like in the picture)
½ cup plain greek yogurt
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Add water if needed for consistency.
Enjoy!
