Running technique: become more efficient

You can run faster and for longer periods of time by improving your running technique. Working on the following points will help you develop a more efficient stride:

1) Move your arms in the direction you are running.
2) Don’t bounce up and down while your run.
3) Maintain good posture.
4) Keep your head up.
